2. Pro-Rata Calculation

We calculate one month as 28 days. For example, if you buy a one-month product and it works perfectly for 25 days but fails for the remaining period, you will be refunded for the unused days (e.g., the 3 remaining days).

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 6-7 days after your request has been verified. The amount will be transferred back to your original payment method or as store credit, as agreed.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• If you have used the allocated credits or account limit.
• Sharing your account with others or using unauthorized plugins.
• Changing the account's password/email/billing without permission.
• Selling the tools without our explicit consent.
